You may ask where to this time? Well it was Europe via Semester at Sea and traveling on my own two years ago; last year it was North to Alaska. This year I'm going North but only within the US of A. It's the anniversary of the National Park Service and That will be my prime motive for this excursion.
Since I've moved up to the California Delta area by being in Brentwood (Yes all you Hollywood types - there is a real Brentwood, CA, not just a local area of LA) I'm half way North in California. One of my first missions will be to visit the twosome of Grand Tetons and Yellowstone NP BEFORE the summer rush! Wish me luck. I can promise that I will not try to help bison calves or walk OFF the charted path to get photos (really!!)
I begin to get back into a weekly?? blog this summer as I explore our great north heading east along US 2.
