Sorry, but I mistakenly listened to the RNC

I drove from Superior, WI to Ashland, WI - a very short ride, as I wanted to the Apostle Islands. There had been a huge rainstorm the previous week and was told the road along the shoreline of the Lake was closed. Hwy 2 goes to Ashland and I have decided to stay here to travel this coast. (Funny for a SoCal like myself to call this the coastline, eh!) I have processed all my shots from Thunder Bay Canada all the way down to Duluth and was ready to post on Monday night when I made the mistake of listening to some of the RNC Convention and to say it upset me is mildly understating my reactions. I don't want to talk politics here, period!!
Tuesday I needed to do laundry and then drove to Bayfield to enjoy the little town and bought a ticket for the sunset cruise of the Apostle Islands. Shot like crazy - beautiful coastlines around the islands and saw the quarries, fishing camps and two light houses. Wednesday, after getting back around 11pm, was to be work day, but the temps here reached 100+ and as my eyeballs felt like they were melting and the computer was heating up, I decided to stop. Then last night, a lightning storm you only hear about struck with winds and I thought the MoHo was going to just lift of and turn over. Many trees went down, but luckily no damages to any around me. So before Drumpf takes the stage tonight, I will put up a few shots to catch up.
Well, I have tried to upload some shots, but the wind damage from last night seems to have knocked out the local camp wifi and Verizon is hardly getting one bar.
Damn - more delay.
